Kirstin MacLean
Kirstin thrives off connection, loves interacting with people and is passionate about health and wellness. She has dedicated the last decade to helping others in their fitness journeys and teaches several disciplines of fitness classes each week as a group fitness instructor. Outside of work she enjoys a busy life, and takes every opportunity to explore Nova Scotia. She loves cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband and two teenage boys who are becoming avid sailors on the Bedford Basin.
Alexandra Morehouse
Alexandra is a student of holistic health in all of its different forms. She loves working with people and aims to help to make each day brighter with a smile or a word of encouragement. Her greatest joy is her family, including her four legged children who bring laughter to each day. She is a lover of musicals and music in general – a passion she shares with her husband and children. Alexandra also loves to read, learn, travel and spend as much time as possible near the ocean.

We do not offer direct billing; however, we provide receipts for insurance or tax purposes. Note: Most insurance companies reimburse within 24 to 48 hours.
