Rhea is a Registered Massage Therapist proudly serving the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), including Bedford, Hammonds Plains, Tantallon, and Lower Sackville.
Rhea brings a warm, compassionate, and personalized approach to care. With a special interest in headaches, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic pain, she combines focused fascial work with tailored techniques to help clients feel more at ease in their bodies.
Having experienced chronic migraines and mobility challenges herself, Rhea understands the importance of feeling heard and supported. She believes healing is never one-size-fits-all and works collaboratively with each client to create treatments that meet their unique needs.
Outside the clinic, Rhea enjoys road trips, Nordic spas, DIY projects, and exploring local trails. Please note: Rhea does not currently offer prenatal massage.
Rhea’s hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30- 7:30pm
Meet Tracey – Registered Massage Therapist Serving Halifax, Bedford, Hammonds Plains, Tantallon & Lower Sackville
Tracey is a highly skilled Registered Massage Therapist based in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), proudly serving the communities of Bedford, Hammonds Plains, Tantallon, and Lower Sackville. She graduated with Honours from the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College in 2017 and has since been offering compassionate, client-focused care grounded in a holistic approach to healing.
With a deep commitment to understanding the root cause of pain and dysfunction, Tracey blends Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, and myofascial techniques to create a treatment experience that is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Every session is fully customized to support your individual needs, whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, injury recovery, or stress-related tension.
Tracey has pursued extensive post-graduate training in fascial release, prenatal massage, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, and acupressure for headaches. She also has advanced experience working with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, and complex health conditions—always creating a safe and supportive environment for healing.
Her passion lies in helping clients feel better in their bodies and in their lives. Whether you need deep tissue work or a gentle, restorative session, Tracey adapts her techniques to meet you where you are. She has helped many people in HRM find lasting relief from acute and chronic pain, stress, injuries, and tension.
When she’s not in the clinic, Tracey enjoys hiking Nova Scotia’s scenic trails and nurturing her love for gardening—whether growing fresh vegetables or tending to her houseplants.
Traceys hours are Thursdays 2:00-7:00pm and Fridays & Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm.
