Jessica Dempsey

Jessica earned her advanced diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy’s rigorous 2200-hour program. With a heartfelt commitment to her craft, Jessica excels in guiding her clients towards their personal health objectives through a holistic approach.

Her therapeutic repertoire includes deep trigger point release, myofascial release, gentle joint manipulation, and classic Swedish massage. Jessica harbors a special interest in women’s health, particularly in pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Beyond her professional life, Jessica finds joy in hiking the great outdoors, cherishing time with her family and friends, and caring for her beloved pets.


Louise MacNeil

Louise graduated from the esteemed 2200-hour program at ITC Northumberland College. As a therapist known for her empathy and intuition, she expertly identifies and addresses problematic areas with a range of techniques including trigger point release, acupressure, joint mobilizations, Suikodo, along with general Swedish and deep tissue massage.

Particularly interested in myofascial release, Louise is dedicated to exploring its role in alleviating chronic pain. She attentively listens to your concerns to tailor a treatment plan that enhances your mobility and overall well-being.

When she’s not at the clinic, Louise stays active with kickboxing, enjoys long hikes, or spends quality time at home with her cats.

60 Min Massage $110 + HST
90 Min Massage $155 + HST
We do not offer direct billing; however, we provide receipts for insurance or tax purposes.  Note: Most insurance companies reimburse within 24 to 48 hours.
